2026 SNJCLC Scholarship Application

The Scholarship Fund of New Jersey Central Labor Council is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year. To be eligible, all applications and required documents must be postmarked on or before Thursday, July 30, 2026. 

In order to qualify for a Southern New Jersey Central Labor Council Scholarship, you must be a high school graduate or graduating in 2026, and planning to continue your education at a college, technical, trade, vocational, or beauty school at Rowan of South Jersey, Rutgers, Rowan-Glassboro or Camden County College. In addition, you must be either an active Union member in good standing or family member of a Union member in good standing. 

Southern New Jersey Central Labor Council Scholarship Fund awards are to be used for any of the following you choose: tuition, books, school fees or boarding fees. You may apply as long as you meet the requirements including a written essay based on the required topics. This applies to either first time or repeat winners of a scholarship. Previous winners are eligible to apply for our scholarship every year.
